The TASER X26C shoots out 2 electrified darts that are attached to 15 feet of wire. Then, 50,000 shocking volts travels down the wires, and actually over-rides the central nervous system of the attacker, providing incredible take down power.

The TASER x26C is a self-defense electronic control device. Electronic Control Devices (ECDs) use propelled wires or actual contact to conduct energy that will affect the sensory and motor functions of the attackers nervous system. The x26C uses a replaceable cartridge, containing compressed nitrogen, to literally "shoot" two small probes that are attached to the TASER x26C by wires that are 15 feet (4.5 meters).

For the next five seconds, the TASER x26C transmits electrical pulses along the wires and into the body of the punk, affecting his sensory and motor functions of the peripheral nervous system. In other words, it scrambles his ability to do anything except quiver like a bowl of jelly in pain.
