3 Step Process :

Remove plates. Place flat on newspaper and wipe off road dirt with windex.
Spray PhotoBlocker evenly until surface is totally saturated. Let dry and repeat 2-3 times until plate is very glossy.
Let dry for about about 2 hours, away from wind. Should be good for life!
