Pros:
-most of these safes are extremely inconspicuous, no robber off the streets will even think to look
-a very cost effective way to keep your belonging very cheap
-many stores offer also you can choose whatever fits for you

Cons:
-if someone DOES know about your hidden safe (a friend or family member) it will offer no security at all--unlike any kind of safe that actually locks
-most of these safes will pass a first inspection, but if anyone closely examines one they will quickly figure things out. For example, a safe disguised as a can of shaving cream will look very authentic, but once someone picks it up they will (depending on whats inside) usually be able to tell that the weight is all off and there's something other then shaving cream inside. And if they are stupid enough to miss that, testing the can will instantly reveal it to be a fake--as obviously no shaving cream will come out.

While they have their limitations, all of these safes are great and inexpensive solutions to keeping your valuables safe.
