So TASER International came out with a yellow color TASER C2 called, what else, the TASER Yellow TASER C2 With Laser. It’s too bad Chelsea King did not carry one when she was killed, possibly by John Albert Gardner in Escondido. It would have taken him down, and kept him down for 10-20 minutes while she ran for help.

Why???

Because when you push the trigger, the TASER C2 shoots out two pronged projectiles, which will either latch on to any clothing, or in some cases penetrate the skin. We hired some guy to take a shooting, and we thought we were filming it. BANG! Man, it was loud, and the guy, who was wearing a Hawaiian shirt, dropped like bad transmission @ AAMCO. He ended up with one barb embedded center mass, that went into that connective tissue in the center front of your ribs.

We could not pull it out, no matter how hard we tugged & pulled! Then I realized, I forgot to have him sign the model release!!!

I thought OMG, so I whipped it out, and nicely got him to sign it, with the barb still stuck inside his chest.

We cut the wire and he went to a clinic where they removed it.

Anyway, look at this smiling prick in his mug shot. It’s believed he is also tied to the killing of Amber Dubois & possibly others. The sad thing is they were talking about him on the John & Ken show today on KFI, and the California Department of Prisons had 7 chances to put him away for life and they failed. The people responsible for these deaths still hold their job and it’s sad that they can’t be fired for incompetence. A 2000 doctors report showed Gardner was a violent sex criminal that would certainly reoffend. And in this messed up state, they don’t want to issue concealed weapons permits to let us carry guns to protect ourselves from people like this.

I would love to take my new TASER Yellow TASER C2 With Laser, and shoot him right in the face. About 12-15 feet out, they spread apart, and it would perfectly hit each eye. The TASER C2 will then send 50,000 volts blasting into his face, all the while I am laughing my butt off while he does the neutron dance on the pavement for 30 seconds. There is no other non-lethal self defense product on the market that can bring on such devastation. Think of it, 30 full seconds of voltage bouncing around inside this guys body.

And the funny part is, 50,000 volts is 1/2 the voltage of the weakest stun gun on the market, the 100,000 volt Stun Master Stun Gun. I even wrote an article called: "Is The TASER C2 The Worlds Wimpiest Stun Gun?"

Other stun guns are claiming to hit the 4 Million volt mark, though is it really necessary? TASER International proves its not the amount of voltage, it’s what you do with it. They pulse the electricity at varying rates during the 30 seconds, resulting in the ability to drop a bull in a second.

This is a good question; Do you really need a stun gun?

If you carry a concealed, or open weapon in states that allow it, the answer might be no or maybe. You can always use the threat of the gun as self defense, as well as actually use it, though sometimes you might not want to use it or you are not carrying it.

If you are handicapped, a women, elderly, frail, or small, the answer could be yes. Though a stun gun is really a close proximity non-lethal weapon that comes in many shapes and sizes. It won’t work past the reach of your arm, unless it’s a TASER device like the TASER C2, which shoots some barbed darts into an attacker from up to 15 feet, then devastates them with the patented way the pulse the electricity into the punk at different speeds, vs any other stun gun that just blasts raw voltage.

This is not a good factoid; according to Statistics U.S.A., there was an average of 3,600,000 home invasions annually between 1994 and 2000. That is 3 million, six hundred thousand invasions. That’s a lot if you really think about it. It’s almost 10,000 per day. Every day, 24/7.

I think crime is going down because the DOJ reports it’s only 2 Million each year, or one out of five homes in the USA will be invaded by hell bent punks who want to steal something and they don’t give a damn if you are in the house or not.

Blood everywhere in Chicago, and the city of brotherly love wants to hold the Olympics. The Olympics, the ultimate show of world-wide unity is considering plopping down in Murderville, USA on it’s next stop.

If you have been living under a rock, there has been a lot of violence pouring out of Chicago with a boy being killed on film earlier this week, and another beaten so bad by 3 men he is in a coma.

While you can walk around with a gun exposed in a holster in certain states, they don’t like that in Chicago, so you are at the mercy of waiting for the police to come protect you (NOT), or take matters into your own hands and carry some non-lethal weapons when they make it impossible to carry a lethal weapon.

Then I wake up with my blueberry waffles and coffee and see that Chicago’s hand gun ban is being considered by the Supreme Court next year and I say to myself, Sparky, WTF, didn’t they settle this already and we moved on to bigger & better things like Cash for Clunkers? Which we will offer after this post…

Anyway, if they are banning guns in Chicago, and the murder rates are spiking through the roof, then it’s time to take matters into my own hands.

So I pulled out my Mace Pepper Gun, which looks like a small flare gun. It’s easy to put in a purse or pocket, or carry in a holster. It shoots the 10% Hot, Hot, HOT Mace pepper spray up to 25 feet, and there ain’t nothing besides a gun or some pepper balls that will shoot further.

The TASER C2 only is good for 12-15 feet, then the wires drift too far apart to be accurate. 25 feet is a long way, and you can shoot it 7 x, so even if 3-5 punks are running at you, you can still take them all out with one cartridge.

You can also pick-up additional cartridges in both pepper spray, or practice with a inert cartridge that has no pepper spray, just the propellent so simulate how far it shoots.

At first I didn’t think this subject would relate to this blog, though the more I look at it, the more it does. This woman Sonia Sotomayor, who is being considered to be appointed to the highest courts in the land, for what would be the rest of her life, is not the type of judge we need.

We have heard a few things about her, like belonging to an all women club, saying her experiences as a hispanic give her better understanding than a gringo, and ruling on a reverse discrimination case that the Supreme court overturned. Now the Washington Post has started dissecting all her ruling, and the pattern that emerges is frighting to you regarding your ability to defend thyself.

You don’t need a supercomputer to see that this women is a liberal reverse racist.

The White House has portrayed Sotomayor as a tough-on-crime moderate who favors the “judicial restraint” often sought by Republicans, while conservatives call her a liberal activist whose decisions are influenced by ideology and her Latina heritage.

“She looks like a classic Democrat,” Songer said. “I don’t think it’s fair to classify her as tough on crime. I would use the term ‘moderately liberal,’ not ‘moderate.’ But she certainly seems to be in the mainstream of Democratic judges.”

I remember Obama saying that when she is appointed, we are finally going to have justice in the courts.

OBAMA: This woman is brilliant. She is qualified. I want her confirmed. I want her walking up those marble steps and starting to provide some justice.

The article goes on to describe a couple rulings.

In one case, Sotomayor and seven mostly Democratic colleagues voted to set free a convicted murderer who did not contest his guilt but had been tried on what the court called the wrong murder charge. In another, she joined an opinion that cited flawed jury instructions in throwing out a man’s conviction for enticing someone he believed was a 13-year-old girl into sex.

And when she threw out a life prison term for a convicted heroin dealer, ordering that he be resentenced, Sotomayor wrote that judges should not show “slavish adherence” to the “literal terms” of then-mandatory sentencing guidelines when their language is flawed. The view echoed her criticism of the guidelines from the bench that became an issue in her 1997 confirmation hearings.

At those hearings, Republicans criticized Sotomayor for apologizing to a defendant for a mandatory minimum sentence she imposed and for calling the sentence an “abomination.” She told senators that the apology expressed her frustration over a feature in the sentencing rules that Congress later changed, conceded she should not have used the word “abomination” and expressed general support for the guidelines.

So she likes to let murders and drug dealers walk the streets. Are you ready when you meet one? Do you have your Spitfire keychain pepper spray in your hands, ready to use at a moments notice?

Do you have your TASER C2 in your pocket or purse, ready to stop the biggest, baddest murderer that Sotomayor let go?

What about walking in NY and running into that drug dealer, who now needs his fix, and robs you. Will you be ready to take them down and take back your town, or will you be a victim?

Lawn feud shooter goes free
A month after he shot his neighbor in a dispute over lawn maintenance, Lee Macon is a free man.

Lee Macon, the Broward man who shot his neighbor to death during a fierce disagreement over the line that divides their two lawns, walked out of jail a free man Thursday.

The Broward grand jury said he committed no crime.

Macon’s attorney, Richard F. Della Fera, argued that the shooting of Jerome Jackson — which made national headlines — was a clear case of self-defense, the last blow in a long-festering feud that erupted over the most seemingly insignificant matter. He said Jackson was the aggressor.

Said Chuck Morton, homicide division chief with the Broward state attorney’s office: “The grand jury considered every potential charge, from first-degree murder to manslaughter to justifiable self-defense . . . and they decided not to indict.”

This is a great victory among many other recent victories where people are being found not guilty for justified homicide. As we reported, this Macon’s neighbor was a total jerk and ended up going ballistic because Macon’s gardner accidently crossed over the property line and cut his higher grass.

Macon saw the confrontation and went out with a hand gun stuck in his waistband. Even the gardner says the neighbor was the agressor and Macon had no choice other than defend himself, though he took a life and luckily he will not spend any time in prison.

Great article over in the Real Estate articles on the technologynetwork.com website. It talks about a female realtor in the Bay Area that was attacked and raped by an ex-con at a walk-through of an empty home. After he raped her, she was able to get him to stop strangling her and started talking to him.

He said he was out of work, and could not find a job. She said she knew of someone who could get him a job. He left and called her later to set up for that job interview.

She set it up alright, and when he come over, the Police were present to arrest the S.O.B.

It then talks about the different things you can do to protect yourself while doing a walk-through, here are two of the 9 free tips.

There are several things agents can do to protect themselves:

* Have a prospective buyer meet you in your office, NOT AT THE PROPERTY, preferably with co-workers present and NOT near closing time. Obtain identification from the buyer in the form of a drivers license and their vehicle license number. Leave this information with a responsible person in your office and advise them where you are going.

* If possible, have someone go with you to the showing and have them wait in the car with a cell phone. The best scenario is to go to the showing in two different cars, but if this is not possible, try to be the driver. This will give you somewhat of an advantage.

They then mention you should have self defense products just in case. Some of the options you have besides packing a .38 special are:

Pepper Sprays: Hidden in a number of items like lipstick pepper spray, or a pen pepper spray. Good for use 5-15 feed from the attacker.

Stun Guns: Finish off anyone with a stun gun. 3-10 seconds will drop the punk, giving you time to get out. They have to be next to you, as it only works when you touch it to their torso or hips. A cell phone stun gun will allow you to have it in your hand, and they will have no idea you can take them down if they act up.

TASER C2: The Taser C2 has unparalled stopping power. You only get one shot, and it’s good for up to 15 feet. After that, take the cartridge out, and it’s a Taser stun gun, which you will need to touch it to the attackers torso for it to work.

Over in Rifle, Co (great name for a town), two men were recently aquitted for resisting arrest. Their defense was self defense. Seems an over zealous police officer confused the two with a reported fight across the street. When the men wanted nothing to do with the officer and just tried to walk away (sound familiar?), the officer shot the guy in the back with a Taser.

RIFLE – Watching his nephew getting Tased in the back by police, Brett Smith got upset.

Upset enough that he swiped at the TASER® wires to pull out the barbs lodged in the skin of Travis Dice’s back.

“I admit maybe I shouldn’t have done that, but there was no reason for it,” Smith said Thursday of the officers’ actions. “They just started Tasing and asking questions later, more or less.”

Smith was Tased. Dice was Tased a second time in the back. The men were arrested.

Fast forward from that Aug. 15, 2004 incident; a jury in Rifle Municipal Court acquitted Dice of obstructing a peace officer and his uncle, Brett Smith, of resisting arrest.

In defense of self-defense

A 9th Judicial District Court judge last week upheld a 2005 municipal court finding during the trial that part of Rifle’s municipal code defining self-defense violated the Colorado and U.S. constitutions. Rifle had appealed some of the municipal judge’s findings.

You can read the rest of the story with the link above. We have to say, congratulations to a sane jury in Rifle that aquitted the men. It seems no matter where you go, if you ever try to walk away from a law enforcement officer, you will regret it.

Why is that? Why are law enforcement personal so quick to use a TASER® device on someone instead of try other non-lethal methods? You don’t think it would have anythign to do with law enforcement lowering their standards of the people they hire to enforce the zillions of laws that are suffocating our freedoms?

What if we used a TASER® device on an out of control Cop? Do we have that right? Now we do and I like that idea, don’t you?

So spread the word that self defnese from agressive, over zealous law enforcement thugs is a valid defense, at least in Rifle, Colorado.
