A tweaked out dishwasher at a tennis club down in San Clemente, CA, up from an all night crystal meth binge, attacked a women out on her early morning walk yesterday, and the only thing that saved her life was her faithful mini schnauzer, who was beaten to death during the attack.

The tweaker then went back to the tennis club, and was dancing on the courts naked, while he pored hot coffee all over him. It’s been pretty nippy at night, so I wonder if he was trying to warm up during his withdraws?

I think crime is going down because the DOJ reports it’s only 2 Million each year, or one out of five homes in the USA will be invaded by hell bent punks who want to steal something and they don’t give a damn if you are in the house or not.

Blood everywhere in Chicago, and the city of brotherly love wants to hold the Olympics. The Olympics, the ultimate show of world-wide unity is considering plopping down in Murderville, USA on it’s next stop.

If you have been living under a rock, there has been a lot of violence pouring out of Chicago with a boy being killed on film earlier this week, and another beaten so bad by 3 men he is in a coma.

While you can walk around with a gun exposed in a holster in certain states, they don’t like that in Chicago, so you are at the mercy of waiting for the police to come protect you (NOT), or take matters into your own hands and carry some non-lethal weapons when they make it impossible to carry a lethal weapon.

Then I wake up with my blueberry waffles and coffee and see that Chicago’s hand gun ban is being considered by the Supreme Court next year and I say to myself, Sparky, WTF, didn’t they settle this already and we moved on to bigger & better things like Cash for Clunkers? Which we will offer after this post…

Anyway, if they are banning guns in Chicago, and the murder rates are spiking through the roof, then it’s time to take matters into my own hands.

So I pulled out my Mace Pepper Gun, which looks like a small flare gun. It’s easy to put in a purse or pocket, or carry in a holster. It shoots the 10% Hot, Hot, HOT Mace pepper spray up to 25 feet, and there ain’t nothing besides a gun or some pepper balls that will shoot further.

The TASER C2 only is good for 12-15 feet, then the wires drift too far apart to be accurate. 25 feet is a long way, and you can shoot it 7 x, so even if 3-5 punks are running at you, you can still take them all out with one cartridge.

You can also pick-up additional cartridges in both pepper spray, or practice with a inert cartridge that has no pepper spray, just the propellent so simulate how far it shoots.

If you live in Chicago, I would not travel alone, nor without a Mace Pepper gun, a TASER C2, a Kuboton, and a telescopic steel baton.

We just started to watch an interesting show on Spike TV online; Surviving Disaster Season 1. This first episode is 42 minutes long and is on home invasions, where they simulate 2 home invasions and how you can help defend yourself.

One is about a home robbery, the other a well planned kidnapping. They start with the home invasion robbery. They say there are 8,000 home invasions every day in North America, 8,000 freaking thousand home invasions on this continent.

Oh, I think we forgot to mention we were wrong on the 1,000,000 violent crimes every year, we apologize, there are 4,000,000 violent crimes in the USA each year.

So watch the video and pick up some tips. We will give you a few good tips here to prevent or slow down a home invasion robbery:

1. Your first line of defense will be to set up a perimeter motion activated alarm system. Something as inexpensive as the Voice Alert Driveway And Home Alarm System can be set up with extra sensors to blanket your property with an invisible beam that will alert you when it’s been broken by an intruder. That’s when you grab your guns, or non-lethal self defense products.

2. Your 2nd line of defense is to keep your windows and doors locked, even when you are inside. Many home invaders come in the front or back door. Pick up a few inexpensive window alarms like the Glass Guard Window Alarm, and a couple door alarms that will sound off when opened, like the Entry Alarm with RF Remote Control. Now they are at the gates, trying to break into your castle; get ready for them to come blasting in.

3. Now you need weapons, lethal work the best, though non-lethal will stop invaders just as well. HOWEVER, you have to be trained so they are not used against you. Training is the key to having the confidence to use any lethal or non-lethal self defense product.

We like the shotgun for its devastating firepower and ability to get the job done. Also large caliber revolvers pack man stopping force, and they won’t jam at the wrong time. 357 Magnum is a great choice.

For non-lethal, you have a few options. A large pepper spray of 1lb in a fogger will allow you to back-peddle to a safe room, filling the attackers with a cloud of pepper fog that will choke them and slam shut their eyes and throat so just breathing will be difficult. We like the Wildfire 18 Percent Pepper Spray One Pound Pistol Grip to quickly fill a room with some really hot pepper spray.

Well our cart is freaking out, and has errors, and can finally get in the control panel, and when we upgraded some of the plug-ins on the blog, they took out the custom template. It should be all squared away by the weekend.

Imagine you are the mayor of Milwaukee, a pretty big city, though I can’t say I have been there. Anyway, you are at the fair, enjoying the day, and you hear a women shouting with a bucolic man-boy.

You run to her aid, and seeing the argument, you decide to call 911 and let the police deal with it. Only the call is interrupted by the bucolic man-boy, who snatches the phone from your hand, and proceeds to beat you with a metal bar.

This brings up an interesting angle. Previously, we talked about when you open your mouth in response to a perceived threat, the majority of the time the person flapping his lips complaining or pointing out the punks stupidity, impoliteness, or error is the one that gets hurt.

Like the Federal agent who was killed for flipping the bird, or the guy at the bowling alley who requested impolite punks wait their turn to bowl, and got hit in the face with a bowling ball and lost some teeth!

Now we have a man who was responding to a womens yells. What do you do, rush in and possibly get hurt yourself, or survey the scene and wait for help?

If you carry heat, then the answer is easy, you go in and defend yourself and the women. However, many states make that illegal, however, there are a 1/2 dozen types of non-lethal weapons you can use.
