Roving Street Punks Attack Lone Police Officer In Modesto

Posted By admin

Brazen attacks by street punks continue to escalate across America as the hundreds of thousands of people out of work are turning to crime to pay the bills.

An office in sleepy Modesto was confronted by up to 60 gang terrorizing a neighborhood. Citizens are afraid to leave their homes at night and if a Cop can’t even feel safe, what is the country coming to??? That takes a lot of balls to attack a Cop, and he even had a dog with him that will rip you to shreds.

Officer hit in face, taunted, police say
Gangs take over after dark, fearful neighbors explain

The hostile crowd that confronted a lone Modesto police officer and his police dog early Sunday threw glass bottles at the officer, and one suspect punched him in the face, according to details released by police Tuesday.

Witnesses and police say some in the crowd taunted the officer as they closed in on him, shouting, “Shoot me, shoot me!” when he drew his weapon. Someone in the crowd said, “You know you’re not going to make it out of here,” said Sgt. Brian Findlen, the police spokesman.

Some witnesses said the face-off was “horrifying” and “like something you would see on ‘Cops,’ ” the TV show that showcases confrontations between police and criminals.

Residents described their neighborhood as “scary,” especially after dark. Gang members and regular people live side by side, they said, and neighbors fear retaliation if they call police.

In the old days, neighbors would dust off the shotguns, and take matters into their own hands when a punk was found in a neighborhood he should not be in. Ahhh, I miss the good old days…

However, California makes it hard to protect ourselves in public with a hand gun, so the next best thing is the Mace Pepper Gun. The Mace Pepper Spray Pistol looks like one of those flare guns they have on a boat, though it packs a wollop!

You can shoot molten fire into the face of a street punk up to 25 feet on a day with no wind. That’s a long way away, so you can keep safe by keeping the punk at bay.

It contains a cartridge of the powerful Mace pepper spray that is easily replaceable. You can choose between Blue/Black, Silver, Pink, and Blue. They come with one practice cartridge that you can use on your friends, and one live canister of pepper spray for the punk.

Visualize Carl Malden from the old AMX commercials saying, The Mace Pepper Gun; don’t leave home without it… For the rest of the week, we will toss in a FREE Dual pack of cartridges; one practice to hone your skills, and another pepper spray canister ($15.95 value!). This offer will expire this Sunday, the 5th @ Midnight, so don’t delay, pick up your Mace Pepper Gun today!

D.C. Tries Again To Ignore The 2nd Amendment

Posted By admin

The Mayor & Council of Washington D.C. continue their attempt to ban handguns. These idiots just don’t get it.

They are now saying the ban will be in effect everywhere except the home. You still have to register them and there will be books of regulations on how to store them.

“We continue to take every step we can to minimize handgun violence in the District,” said Mayor Fenty. “We must prevent handguns from falling into the wrong hands or being misused, while allowing District residents to exercise their Second Amendment rights under the Heller ruling.”

The proposed legislation has four main components:

1. Continues to ban handguns in most places but creates an exception for self-defense in the home. The handgun ban remains in effect, except for use in self-defense within the home. Sawed-off shotguns, machine guns and short-barreled rifles are still prohibited.

2. Requires the Metropolitan Police Department to perform ballistic testing on handguns and makes such testing a registration requirement. The Chief of Police will require ballistics tests of any handgun submitted for registration to determine if it is stolen or has been used in a crime. Also, to serve as many residents as possible, the Chief will limit registrations to one handgun per person for the first 90 days after the legislation becomes law.

3. Clarifies the safe-storage and trigger-lock requirements. The legislation modifies existing law to clarify that firearms in the home must be stored unloaded and either disassembled secured with a trigger lock, gun safe, or similar device. An exception is made for a firearm while it is being used against reasonably perceived threat of immediate harm to a person within

Because they are so concerned with guns getting into the wrong hands, they will punish everyone to go after the few. We look forward to this pathetic law being struck down also.

Neither am I happy about the Supreme Court Justices who barely affirmed the Constitution means what it says. They seem to feel the US Government was created to regulate us to death, which is the exact opposite of why the US Govt. was created.

While I can’t sell you guns, I can sure as heck show you some non-lethal guns; Stun Guns!

How about a blast from my friend, Big Daddy, the Stun Master 775,00 Volt Stun Gun. The Stun Master 775,000 volt stun gun is big and beefy, the choice of our security guard clients.

The Stun Master 775,000 Volt Stun Gun

What we like about it is the wrist strap; if the Stun Master stun gun is taken from you, the pin will pull out, disabling the stun gun.

In the heat of the moment, you don’t want to end up being the victim; you want to be victorious. Until the end of July 2008, we will include FREE batteries (a $10 value), in addition to a FREE Pepper Shot Pepper Spray (a $9.99 value) with every Stun Master 775,00 Volt Stun Gun.

Canadian Police @ It Again, TASER® 82 Year Old Bed Ridden Man

Posted By admin

In what appears to be a justifiable use of a TASER® device, of a deranged old bed ridden man holding a knife, British Columbia police more than likely prevented the old timer from killing himself, or his room mate.

Police: We had no choice but to taser senior

Police say a knife-wielding 82-year-old Royal Inland Hospital patient was tasered over the weekend after he refused to put down his weapon.

“He did have a knife in his hand,” Kamloops RCMP Cpl. Scott Wilson said.

“He wouldn’t put the knife down.”

Wilson said Mounties received a call from hospital security early Saturday morning.

“The call came in at 5:45 in the morning,” he said. “The call was that there was an irrational elderly male with a knife.”

According to Wilson, officers were briefed by the security guard on duty before confronting the patient, whose name has been withheld.

“They discovered that he had a knife in his possession,” he said. “It had about a three-inch blade and he would not surrender the weapon.”

It’s not known whether the man was seen by officers as a threat to himself or to others.

Wilson said the man made comments that concerned the officers.

“He made comments to us that the guy in the next bed might be dead,” Wilson said, adding that, because the man had a knife, officers thought they could potentially be dealing with a murder.

“At the time, the way he [was talking], we didn’t know,” Wilson said.

Imagine if you were the officer and you come to a hotel with a rabid old timer who is hacking up his roomate? Hats off the the boys in blue who follow the law and don’t jump the gun and recklessly wave the Taser around. It really should only be used when you have a threat to you, or other people.

We think he did the right thing, mostly to protect the guy from hurting himself. Had he sprayed him with pepper spray, it could have got into the vents and spread all over the hospital.

Speaking of Taser, we see that their patents are being challenged in court from an interesting company called Stinger Systems. Stingers technology works on the same principal as a Taser, though it’s a next generation product that removes all the limitations on the original Taser design.

Stinger System’s, Inc. has made an ex-parte application for the reexamination of Taser International, Inc.’s United States Patent 7,234,262, and in federal case CV 07-0042-PHX-MHM, has also alleged that Taser engaged in inequitable conduct when prosecuting its application before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Finally, public records indicate that another Taser patent, that is U.S. Patent 6,053,088, is at risk of cancellation for non-payment of maintenance fees due October 25, 2007. The Patent Office issued a reminder notice on November 11, 2007 according to public records. Is the old Tasertron company, which has not been engaged in business for years, also responsible for not paying these delinquent fees?”

Hmmm, interesting; U.S. Patent 7,234,262, which derives from Patent 4,541,191, the original patent for the technology from 1969. It seems if you just keep modifying the patent, you can milk the system and extend it past the 17 year limit, forever.

What is more interesting is that they are challenging their patents and if successful, TASER® devices patents could go bye-bye. While we sell their products, I won’t shed a tear, as they have decided to sell to the public, so they are really cutting out the people who have brought them to this level. Maybe Taser needs a spanking?

Anyway, I have some interesting news on a new product we will be carrying that also appears to have more advantages that a standard Taser, including something extra special.

And, we will introduce you to one of our new mascots.

Stay tuned…

Exclusive Nationwide FBI Snitch Network WILL Shoot To Kill During Martial Law

Posted By admin

This article gives us another reason (like we need one?) to get as many guns and bullets as you can and tuck them away for a rainy day.

It seems the FBI has developed a secretive snitch network called InfraGard, which is made up of large corporations, bankers, utility companies; mainly companies that maintain or own the infrastructure of the country. It also includes 350 of the Fortune 500.

The FBI Deputizes Business
Today, more than 23,000 representatives of private industry are working quietly with the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security. The members of this rapidly growing group, called InfraGard, receive secret warnings of terrorist threats before the public does—and, at least on one occasion, before elected officials. In return, they provide information to the government, which alarms the ACLU. But there may be more to it than that. One business executive, who showed me his InfraGard card, told me they have permission to “shoot to kill” in the event of martial law.

Shoot to kill? Us? Martial law? Why on earth would we ever need that to come up? I don’t think the Founders of our country ever intended it’s little baby, the Republic to have the capability to change into a tyrannical government. While the people have slept for 150 years, things have slowly changed and we no are longer living in the land of the free. You did read the Martial Law Survival Guide over @ The Bacon Report?

This secret network is closed to us, the People who created the FBI in the first place. Well, we didn’t create the FBI, we created a Government that is suppose to serve us & it created the FBI.

Their website, www.infragard.net, looks innocent enough:

BECOME A MEMBER OF INFRAGARD

The benefits of joining InfraGard include:

  • Network with other companies that help maintain our national infrastructure. Quick Fact: 350 of our nation’s Fortune 500 have a representative in InfraGard.
  • Gain access to an FBI secure communication network complete with VPN encrypted website, webmail, listservs, message boards and much more.
  • Learn time-sensitive, infrastructure related security information from government sources such as DHS and the FBI.
  • Get invitations and discounts to important training seminars and conferences.
Best of all, there is no cost to join InfraGard
  • Now we have a Government that spys on us and makes us feel like criminals. I am sure AT&T is a member of this elite group, see a couple of our prior blog posts over @ the EyeSpyPro Spy & Surveillance Blog posts 38, 47, 67, 74.

This is an ultra elite group which you can only be invited to. Sorry, you, Joe Six-pack are not important enough to belong.

You won’t get the daily briefings on their secret, encrityped network:

The InfraGard website advertises this. In its list of benefits of joining InfraGard, it states: “Gain access to an FBI secure communication network complete with VPN encrypted website, webmail, listservs, message boards, and much more.”

InfraGard members receive “almost daily updates” on threats “emanating from both domestic sources and overseas,” Hershman says.

“We get very easy access to secure information that only goes to InfraGard members,” Schneck says. “People are happy to be in the know.”

People? Which people? Not us serf people, not me. I am not happy when I read stuff like this. I don’t know who to believe regarding 9/11 & the bogus wars on everything imaginable. I tend to not believe the official version of things and rely on other sources.

While on the surface, under all this war on terror rhetoric, this appears to be a good thing by making sure any wacko does not go and shut down the power grid or throw ricine in the water, it appears when they say they can shoot to kill, that to me is where I draw the line. When they enlist companies like AT&T to snoop on us and turn it over to the Government to hurt us, that is where I draw the line.

Where do you draw the line? Let me hear your comments, or do you even care???

Man Shot With TASER® Device By Police For Minor Infraction

    Posted By admin

There is a really disturbing trend in law enforcement to go after civilians for the pettiest of crimes. I remember reading that during the 1950’s-60’s, if a police officer saw you with a burned out light bulb, or some other MINOR thing, they would just give you a warning and let you go.

With it proven that cops in California have quotas to sustain massive burearaucries, they now give tickets for events that are non-events. Now we read of a man who was just riding a bicycle at night with no lights. Minding his own business, some cop decides this dude deserves the full force of the law, while a women is raped in the USA every two minutes (Dept. of Justice).

Bicyclist tased when he runs for minor infraction
HAMILTON CITY, CA — A man riding a bicycle with improper lighting equipment was shot with a Taser stun gun Wednesday night as he ran from a deputy who tried to stop him for the infraction.

After repeated attempts, Glenn County sheriff’s deputy Cale Smith said he finally got the attention of the rider on Sierra Street, who jumped from the bike and began running.

After a half-block chase and several warnings from Smith that he would use the Taser, he did.

Sgt. Scott James said only one probe struck the man, identified as Omar Herrada Rivera, 39, and he received no shock.

We will never know what happened, though you need to be accurate when you shoot a Taser, as it shoots out two barbed projectiles that hook to a persons clothes or skin.

    Advanced Taser M18L

They are attached to 15 foot wires, and after about 10-12 feet, they start to drift apart, and if only one hits, you will not shock the guy, so you need to be 7-10 feet from the attacker before you shoot. We sell them for $27.50 each, so they are expensive to practice with.

However, with the Advanced TASER M18L, it has a laser pointer, so you can aim it right at the punks chest, then pull the trigger. About the size of a Colt .45 pistol, the TASER M18L will knock the biggest, baddest Mutha on his butt in seconds.

For home defense, it’s a great alternative to a gun; if you just don’t feel you can have a gun in your home for moral reasons or children, you might want to consider the Taser M18L for home protection.

We set up a Squiddo lens for the TASER M18L, with a low tech video we put together to show you what it is, how to load it, and use it. Check it out, and if you want more info on the Advanced TASER M18L, visit our website.

While Taser refuses to lower their price, we throw in a free 2-pack of spare cartridges, combined with the 4 that come with it, giving you a total of 6 total cartridges.

    The Defense Of Self Defense

    Posted By admin

Over in Rifle, Co (great name for a town), two men were recently aquitted for resisting arrest. Their defense was self defense. Seems an over zealous police officer confused the two with a reported fight across the street. When the men wanted nothing to do with the officer and just tried to walk away (sound familiar?), the officer shot the guy in the back with a Taser.

RIFLE – Watching his nephew getting Tased in the back by police, Brett Smith got upset.

Upset enough that he swiped at the TASER® wires to pull out the barbs lodged in the skin of Travis Dice’s back.

“I admit maybe I shouldn’t have done that, but there was no reason for it,” Smith said Thursday of the officers’ actions. “They just started Tasing and asking questions later, more or less.”

Smith was Tased. Dice was Tased a second time in the back. The men were arrested.

Fast forward from that Aug. 15, 2004 incident; a jury in Rifle Municipal Court acquitted Dice of obstructing a peace officer and his uncle, Brett Smith, of resisting arrest.

    In defense of self-defense

A 9th Judicial District Court judge last week upheld a 2005 municipal court finding during the trial that part of Rifle’s municipal code defining self-defense violated the Colorado and U.S. constitutions. Rifle had appealed some of the municipal judge’s findings.

You can read the rest of the story with the link above. We have to say, congratulations to a sane jury in Rifle that aquitted the men. It seems no matter where you go, if you ever try to walk away from a law enforcement officer, you will regret it.

Why is that? Why are law enforcement personal so quick to use a TASER® device on someone instead of try other non-lethal methods? You don’t think it would have anythign to do with law enforcement lowering their standards of the people they hire to enforce the zillions of laws that are suffocating our freedoms?

What if we used a TASER® device on an out of control Cop? Do we have that right? Now we do and I like that idea, don’t you?

    Advanced Taser M18L

So spread the word that self defnese from agressive, over zealous law enforcement thugs is a valid defense, at least in Rifle, Colorado.

Pick up your Taser on our site; we offer both, the M18 Advanced Taser and the TASER C2. We offer a free gift on both Tasers when you order from our online store.
