So now Obama wants to send 30 freaking thousand fresh troops to the cesspool called Afganistan. We just want to go on record this clown has no idea what he is doing, and he should remove all troops today because this phony Afgan war is a sham, fraud, waste of human lives, and dollars.

I served 4 years in the Army from 1977-1981, so I paid my dues. I froze my a$$ in Germany guarding an ammo dump with no bullets. I had to sit in a windowless shack with a sticky old girly mag on the floor, and my feet felt like they would crack into a million pieces.

Even wearing Mickey Mouse boots, I had to kick the shack as hard as I could, just to get the blood circulating in my feet. I have no desire to camp, or go near snow since then.

Russia lost countless soldiers, and did not accomplish squat in Afghanistan. Now we are sending in 30,000 fresh sitting ducks. This is really a waste of money, people, and resources.

The morons running our Government have no clue, and I am clueless on how to remove them short of Revolution 2.0 since elections are not working to get rid of the Socialistic parasites that have invaded our country.

Or maybe that is how we should go? Isn’t that our right, to change our form of Government if it no longer suites our needs? Deja vu all over again?

The shock felt like a Stun Master 2.7 million volt stun gun blasted me, when I heard that Obama has bumped the televised ritual of a Charley Brown Christmas, so he can tell the Taliban what he intends to do to them, thus putting our boys in harms way.

I can’t believe the gall of this clown, and I am not referring yet to the dumb idea of broadcasting his battle plans to the enemy.

To bump Charley Brown is Un-American. Anyone that grew up in the 70′s worship this show as the true meaning of Christmas, the one we were not taught by our divorced parents, and Linus even sneaks in a part of Luke 2, which I am surprised is not censored out for political correctness.

Some of us at one point or another have felt like Charley Brown did, when they all made fun of his little Christmas tree. And my how beautiful it was when Snoopy got done with it!

So to bump this bit of Americana in favor of telling the world what we are going to do with this mess called the fake war on terror in Afganistan is a joke, and not an issue to a devout Socialist.

Can someone send this clown a copy of “The Art of War”?

I had the hardest laugh today when I saw that someone had plastered L.A. with poster that blends the empty suit named Obama with a Heath Ledgeresque Joker character with the words “socialism,” directly below it.

Ahh, these young graffiti punks bring a tear to my eye in recollection of when I use to poster around Phoenix, Seattle, and SF as a bohemian artist. I am envious as all heck, as running two online stores leaves me no time for art, and this is one of the best gorilla art campaigns of all time.

Now to go viral. You see he is a pure Socialist, which is repugnant to the Constiution. Most Democrats are repugnant to the Constiution and traitors to the Republic. While my little voice does’t amount to squat, we do have a RIGHT, if not an OBLIGATION to throw off a form of Govermnet that does not serve the people.

That time has come. The rust is starting to appear in Obama’s wrinkles. The promises of blah, blah, blah, have been over ridden by Socialistic Fascism at it’s purest form.

To eliminate all incentive for profit and put industry under the watch of Government, kills the entreprenual spirit and the Republic itself. To eliminate all incentive for profit is repugent to the Constitution and shoud be repelled by US, the People, who created Government in the first place.

Sadly, we read the Iranian government is as corrupt as any other, and are now killing the people who it was created to serve. For less than 100 years, only one country, in the history of all mankind allowed it’s people to be truly free.

That was our country, up to the civil war, when the government used force on it’s own people who were doing what God allowed them to do. That’s a story for another day…

The topic of today is Iran, and its killing of it’s own people in order to force what the governement wants, instead of what the people want. Another black day for mankind.

The Revolutionary Guards say they will crush any protests, yet they can’t seem to crush the will of the people who only want to be free.

Something is really wrong here, when Frankenstein takes over his master, something has to stop. Using tear gas, bullets, and clubs, they are doing what they can to keep the status quo and not let freedom seep into a quasi dictatorship.

Tear gas is pretty nasty stuff, not only because it causes every orifice on your face to gush fluids, it can cause health problems. I remember in my Army basic training that we had to take off our gas mask in a room of heavy tear gas, and we had to stick around a minute or so. It burns your skin and you can’t keep your eyes open.

Just when you though your rights to keep & bear arms was safe after the Supreme court decided just that in District of Columbia vs. Heller:

District of Columbia v. Heller, 554 U.S. ___ (2008) is a landmark legal case in which the Supreme Court of the United States held that the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution protects an individual’s right to possess a firearm for private use. It is the first Supreme Court case in United States history to directly address whether the right to keep and bear arms is a right of individuals or a collective right that applies only to state-regulated militias.

We read over @ the Army of Mom blog that our beloved Barry Obama wants to dredge up CIFTA, after coming back from Mexico. It kind of sounds like NAFTA, and it must be good?

Well guess what CIFTA is, it’s a international treaty to ban the sale and trafficking of illegal weapons and ammunition. The key word is illegal. Illegal means not government approved.

The Brutally Honest blog reminds us that Inernational treaties usurp our Constitution. Even though the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution outlines our right to own a weapon, under CIFTA, it’s overruled. Overruled????

In recent meetings with Mexican President Felipe Calderon, Obama promised to urge the U.S. Senate to pass an international arms control treaty. The treaty, “Inter-American Convention Against the Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives, and Other Related Materials” or CIFTA, was signed by President Bill Clinton ten years ago but it was never ratified by the Senate. The resurrection of this bill brings into question if this is another back door move to restrict second amendment rights by force in a treaty.

Under the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, international legal obligations are superior rank to national law, even if that law is from the national constitution with the exception of Article 46 of the VCLT which says that when the national constitution makes an exception concerning the power to enter treaties, then national law still triumphs even in the face of an inconsistent treaty obligation. If the CIFTA treaty is ratified, and not having defined the exceptions to its many requirements within our constitution, it would usurp U.S. sovereignty on these matters and opens the door to additional legislation to support its application in U.S. law.

Armywifetoddlermom blog posted a CNN clip about CIFTA and all I can say is better get your guns and whaever ammo you can find now, before it’s too late.

Yesterday, the people of California won the Trifecta; They defeated 5 of 6 B.S. propositions, they cancelled another 2 year tax, and they told Arnold to take his tax hikes and shenanigans and put them where the sun don’t shine.

Good job guys! The worst part was hearing Karen Bass, Speaker of the Californa Assembly saying the people of California were confused and did not know what they were voting for.

Earth to Karen Bass, we knew exactly what we were voting for, and it’s not your fat pay checks, your fat pension plans, your deals with all the unions that are bankrupting this state. It’s you Karen Bass that is out of touch and have no idea what you are doing. Why don’t you go back some cookies, or move to Russia, where your Socialist attitude will go over very well.

Well you can forget about anything to protect your from crime in Korea , except chop sticks. Seems like any aerosal propelled pepper sprays are illegal. All you get is a manual pump bottle that might spray a couple feet. Might as well just fill it with wasabe.

Unauthorized Online Sales of Self-Defense Tools Rise

Online sales of unauthorized pepper spray and other self-defense items have recently jumped amid the increasing crime rate.

The unauthorized possession of such “illegal weapons” is subject to up to 10 years in prison or a 20 million won ($14,000) fine, police said Tuesday.

Seven-hundred and seventy cans of pepper spray made in the United States were sold through an online auction site here. They look like ordinary pepper spray but used compressed air, classifying them as gas guns requiring police authorization for possession and trade. They can spray pepper up to three meters until their contents are depleted.

Now the desperate Obama supporters are restoring to intimidation to force the cotton candy candidate into office.

“And if they tell you that, ‘Well, we’re not sure where he stands on guns.’ I want you to say, ‘He believes in the Second Amendment.’ If they tell you, ‘Well, he’s going to raise your taxes,’ you say, ‘No, he’s not, he’s going lower them.’ You are my ambassadors. You guys are the ones who can make the case.”

If some Socialist comes up to you and starts demanding you vote for Obamma, we suggest you fight back if they go too far. We reccomend the Mace Triple Action Pepper Spray. It contains the scorching hot Mace 10% Pepper Spray, real Tear Gas, and a UV dye to identify them later by law enforcement.

The Mayor & Council of Washington D.C. continue their attempt to ban handguns. These idiots just don’t get it.

They are now saying the ban will be in effect everywhere except the home. You still have to register them and there will be books of regulations on how to store them.

“We continue to take every step we can to minimize handgun violence in the District,” said Mayor Fenty. “We must prevent handguns from falling into the wrong hands or being misused, while allowing District residents to exercise their Second Amendment rights under the Heller ruling.”

The proposed legislation has four main components:

1. Continues to ban handguns in most places but creates an exception for self-defense in the home. The handgun ban remains in effect, except for use in self-defense within the home. Sawed-off shotguns, machine guns and short-barreled rifles are still prohibited.

2. Requires the Metropolitan Police Department to perform ballistic testing on handguns and makes such testing a registration requirement. The Chief of Police will require ballistics tests of any handgun submitted for registration to determine if it is stolen or has been used in a crime. Also, to serve as many residents as possible, the Chief will limit registrations to one handgun per person for the first 90 days after the legislation becomes law.

3. Clarifies the safe-storage and trigger-lock requirements. The legislation modifies existing law to clarify that firearms in the home must be stored unloaded and either disassembled secured with a trigger lock, gun safe, or similar device. An exception is made for a firearm while it is being used against reasonably perceived threat of immediate harm to a person within

Because they are so concerned with guns getting into the wrong hands, they will punish everyone to go after the few. We look forward to this pathetic law being struck down also.

Neither am I happy about the Supreme Court Justices who barely affirmed the Constitution means what it says. They seem to feel the US Government was created to regulate us to death, which is the exact opposite of why the US Govt. was created.

When, we are relieved to hear that a majority of our Supreme court justices feel the Constitution means what it says. In an incredible 5-4 ruling, 4 judges actually disented & felt we don’t have a right to keep & bear arms???

What country are we in? This ain’t X (enter any other country in the world), we actually have a right to defend ourselves from enemies, foreign & domestic.

One comment sticks out like a neon light:

In a dissent he summarized from the bench, Justice John Paul Stevens wrote that the majority “would have us believe that over 200 years ago, the Framers made a choice to limit the tools available to elected officials wishing to regulate civilian uses of weapons.”

Me thinks Stevens forgot We the people created the elected officials, and elected them. We elected them to represent us, not repress us. Not to be our kings collecting their binding yolk and subjecting us to a life of serfdom. NO! We put the son’s of bitches there to help us.

And me also thinks Scalia sorta forgets the same thing,

Although an individual now has a constitutional right to own guns, that new right is not unlimited, wrote Scalia, a hunter.

Uhhh, didn’t we as people have that right way before the Constitution was ever drafted? So when did we loose that right that has now lovingly been bestowed back on us?

Though it appears at least one of them realizes reality,

We applaud the justices who agreed: Justice Antonin Scalia, who wrote the opinion, Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Samuel Alito, Anthony Kennedy and Clarence Thomas.

We loathe the dissenting traitors: Justices Stephen Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and David Souter.
